My first computer was a $50.00 Timex Sinclair. I went to Best Buy and browsed hungrily through the games available for the PC and Mac owners...then bought a book of simple computer games in BASIC. After painstaking hours with my tape recorder I was finally able to play Hammurabi!!  And I don't think I've enjoyed any game as much since....
