Contest Winners

Meet Laurie Reynolds of Webster, New York --
the winner of our April-May contest.

Laurie is the mother of three college students and is a companion to the
elderly. She considers herself to be a computer novice and wants to learn
more about how computers work and are put together. She has chosen The
Little PC Book
by Lawrence J. Magid (Peachpit Press) and Bigelow's Build
Your Own PC Pocket Reference
by Stephen Bigelow (McGraw-Hill) for her
prize.

We hope your books help you get started on your computer, Laurie, and we
hope you enjoy them!

From Laurie:

I am very surprised and happy to have been chosen as a winner.
I'm not on the computer all the time even when we've had internet.
I'm married and a mother of three children. My oldest, a daughter 22, just
graduated as an accounting major and bought the computer to practice
reviewing for her upcoming CPA exam.  My other two, a boy 20 and girl 19,
just completed their first year of college.  I'm a companion to the elderly
part-time.  I would like to become more computer literate, even regarding
how the guts of the computer are put together - in the easiest of laymen
terms. It takes me awhile to catch on.  Thanks for all your help.

You could be our next winner! Enter to Win!
