| Easy to Understand , minimize the time required for study |

Use this book if you are interested in getting the certification as soon as possible, Honestly I didn't feel that I spent a lot of time studying, between the exercise & the online martial you don't get board. But this is not the book for you if your interested in learning all the aspect of ISO/IEC 20000 because it just give you an overview on the material & it's focuses on the exam material.

The book content is good but paper quality and some images in the book are not that good. The inside of the book looks like it comes out of a photocopy machine. There is an image at the end of the book which is completely black. |

This book covers all the material that you need in enough detail for the exam, but not too much detail to bog you down in details that you may not care about.
I spent about 16-20 hours studying this book and the online material and passed with a 92 / 100.
The online material doesn't track that well to the book, but as long as you use the book as the guide, not the online material, you'll do fine.

I hightly recommend this kit - not only is it complete for successfully completing the certification exam but a great reference for a 20K certification team. Recommend any organization looking to obtain this certification makes sure everyone on their 20K project team completes this program. |
